This album is a single performance, one person playing one gong. There are no edits, overdubs, or "fixes." Multi-textures, tones, and harmonics create a new listening experience with each play. Mood, environment, and a multitude of human factors will also lend a unique experience to each listen.
The music presented here can be used for the following: meditation, relaxation, insight, inspiration, sleep, breathing, "movement", yoga, enjoyment, art, writing, social gatherings, ceremonies, rejuvenation, transformation, freedom, etc.
After listening to complete album, you will most likely experience heightened sensory awareness. Any one or combination of hearing, vision, taste, touch, smell, and kinesthetic sense may become "enhanced" for a period of time. This experience is generally a precursor and/or building block for increasing attention to the sensory self, which leads to increased connection and feeling of one-ness with self and the environment (people, places, objects, situations, etc.).
Note: Take extra care if listening while driving or operating a motorized vehicle/machine.
